I have received so many phone calls in the past 2 weeks from cash buyers. People who want to invest their money in real estate. They do not feel that their money is safe in their banks. Safe, maybe? But what about the value? Just like when those from foreign countries buy because of the exchange rate; the exchange rate from liquid cash to real, tangible real estate is excellent.
