We understand. The market values in Lee & surrounding counties skyrocketed in 2004 & 2005. Now they've adjusted back down to where they should have been all along. It is easier to buy in the pre-foreclosure state. You can still obtain normal financing to purchase the property. Often times in auction environments you have to have cash to purchase these homes. We can help you put in offers & find the financing as well.

Be prepared to wait longer than normal for replies back since we are in need of the seller's lender approval for these. Also, be aware that you'll have to buy the property 'as - is' but we'll make sure you have an inspection period to know what you may be looking at cost wise.

Many of the homes we currently have for sale are new or newer. They don't need any work. Others have not been maintained & do need quite a bit of work.
