I prefer to call myself a Licensed Real Estate Consultant because it's easy to be a REALTOR^® but it takes much more skill and knowledge to actually CONSULT. With a background in real estate investment education & having lived in Cape Coral since 1994, I bring much experience & area knowledge through to each closing table. I have been investing in real estate in & around Cape Coral, FL since 2000. I have been a licensed real estate sales associate since the beginning of 2004. In 2008, I opened my own brokerage, Florida Future Realty, Inc. in the city of Cape Coral, Florida.

Education is very important to me

I've obtained my e-PRO designation which added to my online & technology skills & knowledge. These skills are especially helpful to you if you live out of the area & like to be in direct contact with your agent at all times. Only about 8% of all REALTORS^® currently hold this prestigious certification.

I have also earned my GRI designation. This designation is held by approximately 18% of REALTORS^®, not to be confused with real estate agents. I invested 3 separate weeks to obtain this designation. This additional education allows me to more knowledgeably service my clients.

In 2007 I obtained my real estate broker's license.

Also, in 2007 I became Transnational Referral Certified (TRC). This means that I completed the coursework & testing to send & receive referrals internationally. If you are looking for a property in Florida & you are located anywhere at all I can assist you. Also, if you need an introduction to a certified real estate professional in any other state or country I can assist. We also market worldwide. Currently our listings can be viewed on over 45 different national & international websites.

In 2005, I personally closed 33 transaction sides, obtained an award through my office, and invested in real estate on a personal level as well. In 2006, while a little slower, I personally closed 23 transactions - also received an award. In 2007, our team closed 25 transactions for customers. These stats continued year after year. Last year in 2013 I personally sold over 50 houses, condos & duplexes.

I am Different

You will also notice that everything about my site is unique. I haven't paid for a cookie-cutter site that is impersonal and just like everyone elses. When you email me I (or one of my highly knowledgeable team members) will send you a real email back, not an auto-response. I feel like personalization is lost with some businesses' websites and I don't want to create that type of feeling with future and present clients.

I have lived in Cape Coral, Florida since 1994. I've seen a lot of changes take place in that time. Cape Coral is a waterfront paradise. 400 miles of canals make up the city. Some canals feed into the Gulf of Mexico while others lead to area lakes. In my opinion, you can't find a better place to live than South West Florida. The weather is awesome, the area is booming while the prices are still affordable.

I've designed this website for users to learn more about the Southwest Florida area, get tips on buying and selling their property. I want to help everyone find the perfect home or investment.
