Being in SW Florida, I hear concerns from people about Hurricanes from time to time. We usually end up discussing historical data, newest hurricane codes & then I typically go into 'natural disasters elsewhere'. Honestly, I cannot think of a single place to live that there won't be something weatherwise to concern yourself with.
