But I am also offering services to those of you who would prefer to do it alone.

While buying or selling a home isn't always easy and while having a Realtor on your team saves you time and money some people are quite capable of doing it themselves. What I would like to do is to offer you some services for free.

What exactly am I offering?

Two things really.

Add your home to my site for FREE

The first is that I am offering to add your home on my site for free. I will even come to your house and take the photo and write up a description for you if you do not have the time or equipment to do so yourself. You will get added exposure from my current clients and others here. I get hundreds of visits here a week from prospective buyers and sellers in the area and abroad.

Get Free flyers designed and printed for your home

The second service that I can offer you are free flyers. You can put them in a box in your yard or keep them in the house for showings or even mail them. Whatever you prefer. I will even come to your house and take the photo and write up a description for you if you do not have the time or equipment to do so yourself.

Why are these services free?

Simply put, if you post your home here for sell it will attract more prospective buyers to my site. If they don't buy your home then hopefully they will find one of my listings that they like or they will call me to help them find other homes.

On the flyers I will have my name at the bottom as "flyers designed and printed by Susan Milner, Realtor (239) 218-2229". That way if the person picking up your flyer needs further assistance in the buying process they have my name to call for help.

You can send people to my site to view your house anytime day or night, my website is always open. Here they can also search the MLS for FREE. I don't even ask for their email address. If they need more information about this area I have compiled information on each area city so they can learn more and decide where they might like to call their next home.
